Step  1.  From the home page you can quickly choose your paradise by clicking on quick search from the main menu at the top of the page. The browser will take you to the advanced search page where you can select from a menu of options to choose a continent, country, region, city, vacation type, property type, number of bedrooms, minimum sleep capacity, pet friendly, or by SVR Property #.

Step  2.  After you have selected your options, click on the search button. Then you will be taken to your results page consisting of the options you selected to see. Browse through the results page and select a vacation property that suites you to view the amenities, pictures, slide show, availability schedules, owner contact information, and more.

Step  3.  "See Yourself There" and contact the owner directly by the phone number, fax number, or e-mail address given on the property information page under contact information.

Step  1.  From the home page you can simply click Advertise Your Property and the browser will take you to the owner advertising information page. From there just click any of the red List Now buttons or the Owner Registration button at the bottom of the page. Complete the Owner Registration Form and a series of four quick steps, listed below, to publish your property.

Step  2.  There are links located under Property Management on the right side of the page. Administration Home is the first link that will be selected. Within that page select "Add New Property" button and begin entering your Property's Description. On the Property Description click "Save" after finishing.

Step  3.  Next, you'll be taken to the Image Manager where you will be able to download your property photos. After you have finished click "Save."

Step  4.  After you have completed the Property Description and Image Manager, all that is needed before publishing is your contact information. Click "Save" when finished.

Step  5.  Finally, select if you wish to be a featured listing, select your advertising term of 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years. Choose your payment option and publish your property!

Step  1.  After you have published your property you can finish the Advanced Settings any time. Continue if you wish to continue or log-out and finish later. If you choose to come back later, just sign-in when your ready to begin. Select your property you wish to change or complete with the Advanced Settings. Next, click on "Amenities." Create your Custom Amenities for those not listed. Complete the page and click "Save." You will then be taken to a new page to complete the Attractions/Activities. Again, here you can create your Custom Attractions/Activities for those that are specific and unique to your getaway. When complete, click "Save."

Step  2.  The next page will be where you will assign the dates that are not available for booking in the Availability Calendar. Select or unselect the dates desired and "Save."

Step  3.  The Rates page is where you'll create new rates and delete the outdated. Select "Save" and move on to the Specials.

Step  4.  This is the fun part. Type in your specials in the box provided and they will automatically appear within See Vacations Rentals "Rental Specials" page. Click for Advanced Special Settings and mark your dates of specials to appear on the Availability Calendar. Don't forget to "Save." Next, you can turn on the Auto-Last Minute feature for your last minute specials. What a cool feature. Setup last-minute specials that can fill a last-minute vacancy. The availability calendar on your property page will display the last-minute specials. Your last-minute specials will automatically be set to appear under "Rental Specials" found on the menu above as well.

Step  5.  Finally, type your Rental Policies, click "Save" and your additions will be shown to thousands instantly!
